Important: All purchases of educational services, courses, training, software education, tutorials, and other digital educational services are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
S-Prime and certain historical market datasets may be provided completely free of charge. Since no payment is collected for these free resources, no refund or cancellation is applicable to them.
Suryansh may offer paid educational services including trading education, software training, backtesting education, tutorials, courses, training sessions, workshops, consultations, and instructions on using software developed by Suryansh.
Payments made for digital educational content, courses, software training, tutorials, recorded educational material, downloadable educational resources, or other digital services are generally non-refundable.
Once access to digital content or educational services has been provided, the purchase cannot ordinarily be cancelled or refunded.
If a service is scheduled for a specific date or time, cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled service begins.
Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any exception will be considered at the sole discretion of Suryansh and subject to applicable law.
If you believe that you have accidentally made a duplicate payment or have been charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible with the relevant payment details.
Verified duplicate or incorrect charges may be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
If Suryansh cancels a paid service before it is delivered and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the applicable payment may be refunded where appropriate.
If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased digital service, please contact us before requesting a refund. We may attempt to resolve the technical issue or restore access.
Losses resulting from trading, investing, backtesting decisions, strategies, signals, market movements, or the use of educational material do not qualify for a refund.
Different refund terms may apply to specific products if those terms are clearly displayed before purchase. The terms presented at the time of purchase will apply to that particular product or service.
